SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are a small shop, and we work hard to make and ship your items as quickly as possible. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days for Ready to Ship products. Made to Order products will ship within two weeks. Please Note: During online sales, holidays, or peak sales times, shipping may take a little longer. We will always do our best to keep within the shipping time window! Thank you for your patience!
Your Shipping Address: Please review your address during checkout. If your order is lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address, we are unable to refund the cost until the order is back in our possession. Sometimes courier and shipping services can take several weeks to return an item shipped to the wrong address.
We ship only in Pakistan.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost, held, delayed, or damaged packages. You will receive a tracking number in your email/SMS/WhatsApp along with a confirmation of order. If you don’t receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder. Also, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Once the package leaves from our studio, the courier is responsible for any delivery issues. If you have any shipping issues please contact the courier to further help you.
